About Me
Hi, my name is Ryan Rach. I'm a father of two, teacher aide and current student of bachelors in secondary education. I have studied biomedical science at university and have an interest in all things STEM (I even have my own dissection microscope).Past industries I have worked in (such as retail, farming, logistics, catering, NDIS and now education) give me a broad range of experience and knowledge to draw on while assisting students to progress in their learning journey.Before education I worked as a support worker for the NDIS, where I gained experience navigating obstacles with people from a wide range of circumstances. You can be assured that I will be sensitive to your child's circumstances and personalise the learning experience to each individual's needs.During my two years as a teacher aide, I have predominantly worked in grade 7-12 mathematics, and would call this my 'comfort zone'. This has also given me insight into Australian curriculum requirements and provided professional development in proven education methods.My goal in starting Catch Me Up Tutoring is to create opportunities for students to fill knowledge gaps that would otherwise hamper student progress. I plan to work with parents and schools to present affordable options so that money is not a barrier to your child's education.

What grades do you tutor?
While my experience and knowledge caters best to grade 7-12 students, primary students will also be considered.What subjects do you cover?
All things mathematics and science, with a general capacity for other subjects.Online or in person?
In person, either in your home or in a public setting, such as school or public library.What regions do you cover?
I can travel anywhere in the Rockhampton region. A travel fee will apply to any travel outside of Rockhampton, such as Yeppoon, Mount Morgan, Gracemere and The Caves.
Pricing Guide
The first consultation session is free per student.* This time is used to get to know the student, their education goals and any additional needs. It also gives you a risk free trial to decide if I am the right tutor for your student.*Travel fee may still apply

A travel fee of $40 applies to all areas outside of Rockhampton. This includes Yeppoon, Mount Morgan, Gracemere, and The Caves.
